Kumud Dwivedi discovered the magical world of baking at the age of 12. Since then, it’s been a dessert-obsessed journey filled with learning, exploring, experimenting and coaching. She continues to mesmerize the audience, through her baking, presentation and ability to capture the magic in her photography. Kumud successfully transformed herself to a patissier after working in corporate law for a decade. Migrating from a law background into the patisserie world was a bit of a culture shock, but she learned all the things patisserie world had to offer. In her own heartfelt style, built on her passion for learning and coaching latest developments across the globe, she trains and mentors people from various walks of life and helps them become professional confectioners. Between self-training and experimenting, Kumud completed Chocolate and Patisserie courses at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie in France, ZDS in Germany and then interned at the Christophe Morel Academy in Canada. An associate baker with Alfons Wachter, a third generation baker in Innsbruck, Austria; she continues to meet and collaborate with senior bakers in Spain and the Netherlands; work with amazingly talented chefs in North America, Europe, Canada, Thailand, UAE and, of course, India.
