Kunzang Choden is the first Bhutanese woman to be published in English. She started her career collecting vanishing Bhutanese folktales and moved on to novels, a study of food and culture and children’s books. She is already well known for both documenting and reflecting on the experiences of a rapidly changing Bhutan.
