Manoj Joshi, a journalist and commentator, and distinguished fellow at the Observer Research Foundation, is the author of Understanding the India-China Border: The Enduring Threat and Kashmir: The Lost Rebellion. He was a member of a Government of India task force on reforming India’s national security system.
