Meena Vaidyanathan

Meena Vaidyanathan has had a long and accomplished career across business development, marketing, and public affairs. She has conceptualized and executed a number of interesting initiatives and strategies for some of the world’s best known technology and blue chip companies. She has collaborated with some of the best thought leaders in Harvard Business School, Indian Institute of Management and INSEAD on case studies and teaching programmes.

She founded niiti consulting in 2010, with the aim of supporting and enabling programmes and organisations that create large scale social impact. Along with her team of accomplished professionals at niiti, Meena has led many projects with educational and healthcare institutions, NGOs, corporates and social enterprises alike. The projects include impact measurement design, sectoral research, public outreach strategies, and strategy support to start-ups as well as well-established organizations on marketing and sustainability.

She has been a strategic consultant for several corporates and conceptualized large-scale change management programmes. She is the co-founder of Questera Foundation and is a member of the Board of DhitiOmics Technologies. She is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF) program at IIM Udaipur.

Meena is a visiting faculty on sustainability, marketing and social entrepreneurship in many Universities in India and abroad since 2007 and has been a mentor with the Cartier Women’s Initiative and G.A.M.E. She is the co-founder and curator of a citizen conversation platform Knowledge Factory and has authored several papers and video case studies. In 2020, she was chosen as Dhansu Womaniya by SafeEducate and Niti Ayog. She is an author at The Better India, is a trained vocalist and enjoys singing, travelling and cooking.
