Parthajeet Sarma is a Chevening scholar and a workplace experience designer, focused on developing workplace strategies for client organizations via data-driven approaches. He follows through by handholding organizations with change management initiatives. Besides running his boutique consultancy, iDream, since 2003, Parthajeet is additionally a senior associate with Advanced Workplace Associates, world leaders in workplace strategy and change management. A graduate of Sir JJ College of Architecture, Parthajeet went on to complete an MBA. After years of industry experience, he was selected by the British Government to do a leadership program on science and innovation at University of Oxford.
