Sheela Nambiar’s medical career over the last 20-odd years and has been mostly in Ooty. Having interacted very closely with women on various levels, addressing both the physical and psychological needs of women across the board. A complete fitness enthusiast herself, she is a keen proponent and practitioner of weight training, Yoga, Interval training and other forms of fitness to stay fit, productive and positive. She has two published books to her credit: Get Size Wise: Training For Life for the Indian Woman, and Gain to Lose: An Essential Guide to Losing Fat by Gaining Muscle.
