Bhavna Toor is the Founder and CEO of Shenomics, a mindful leadership platform helping women live and lead more consciously. Under Bhavna’s leadership, Shenomics has positively impacted over 100,000 women to lead careers of greater impact over the last 8 years.
Bhavna has been mentoring high-potential leaders and entrepreneurs for the last 10 years, including as an Entrepreneur-in-residence at the GSF Global Accelerator and previously as the CEO and Director of the National Social Entrepreneurship Forum, helping over 10,000 young social entrepreneurs. Before that, Bhavna had a 9-year celebrated career on Wall Street, as Vice President and Client Portfolio Manager at a top investment firm in New York.
Bhavna’s work has been featured in the Economic Times, Hindustan Times, Femina, and Times of India. Bhavna is a 2023 LinkedIn Top Voice for Gender Equity, and hosts a podcast called The Conscious Woman Podcast.
Bhavna is a graduate of the GIFT’s Global Young Leaders, the Startup Leadership Program, and the Piramal Fellowship, and has an MBA in Social Impact from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Bhavna is the recipient of multiple awards, including WEF’s “Iconic Woman Creating a Better World for All.”
